piBits AI provides AI development consulting, custom application development, and software products including Altern8 AI (private enterprise AI intranet) and Connect8 (regulatory intelligence platform). All services are powered in part by Anthropic Claude and are subject to Anthropic's usage policies.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at support@pibitsai.com. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

All content on our websites — including text, design, code, logos, and product names — is the property of piBits AI Solutions Pvt Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. Output generated by our AI products for your use is yours, subject to applicable AI provider terms.
Product subscriptions are billed as stated on product pages. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after 30 days. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time with effect from the next billing cycle. Custom development engagements are governed by individual project agreements.
piBits AI Solutions Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. AI-generated outputs are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or regulatory advice.
Our services are provided "as is". While we strive for accuracy — particularly in Connect8's regulatory intelligence — we do not warrant that AI outputs are complete, current, or error-free. Always verify critical regulatory, legal, or financial information with a qualified professional.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Noida (Delhi NCR), India.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email to registered users.
